Are the paints lead-free?
Our studio is completely lead-free and non-toxic.

Do I need a reservation?
We’re a walk-in studio but groups of 6 or more should call ahead and reserve a table.

What do I wear?
All of our paints are water-soluble and wash out in cold water.

How long does it take to paint?
Allow 1-2 hours from start to finish. Groups take a bit longer.

What if I don’t finish?
You take your piece with you and return to paint it for a $3 studio fee.

Can you rush my order?
We can rush your order in 4 days for a rush fee of $3 per piece.

Is my mug safe to drink from?
Yes, all of our dinnerware is microwave and dishwasher safe.

What kind of food and drinks can I bring?
Whatever you like including adult beverages. The Factory has several restaurants that can provide carry out food.

How long will you keep my piece?
Due to limited space, we have a 60-day pick up policy. After 60 days, your piece is donated to My Thrift Store.
